Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, original condition.
Ship Your Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
